DIAMOND STARS, our historical baseball romance novel, started the journey from manuscript to e-book to bound copy on September 13, 2013. We are anticipating publication before the end of 2014. This website is dedicated to providing news and information about Diamond Stars as well as blogs and assorted tasty information pertaining to individuals in and around the game baseball, both on and off the field; spanning from the beginning to the end of the last century.

08 September 2014: Jim & I just approved the book cover art for Diamond Stars! Stay tuned for more news and an example of the cover of our upcoming book...
02 September 2014: Our website - www.diamondstars.net - officially opened! This is another step in our publishing process...the site is also a work in progress...keep checking back for the latest news about Diamond Stars, baseball information related to our book, authors notes, articles and more!
14 August 2014: Performance of MUNGO! Play was exceptionally well received by the audience of 40 plus people. This draft proved to be just about right - just need to make a couple of tweaks and then we will be looking for a place to mount a full production.
20 July 2014: MUNGO! a play in one act - The second draft is finished and we are moving towards a second performed/reading of the piece...sometime in the first two weeks of August.
Late May through June 2014: We received a mock up book cover from Keith Publications. After some back and forth we were able to create and provide a series of photos that fit the theme of the book and era that the action takes place in. These were forwarded to out Publisher at the end of June. We are looking forward to seeing how they are worked into the next version of the Diamond Stars cover...
